I've been away for a few days but when I tried to get back in all day long yesterday I kept getting a "too many connections" error.

Late last night and now, relatively early AM EST it's working fine...

Anyone else seeing that issue?

Everyone had that issue yesterday. The tech guys have taken care of the problem, so hopefully that won't happen again. My apologies for the down time.
